Terms of Service – OktaHub

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OktaHub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Description of Service

OktaHub provides:

• AI-powered training program generation (OpenAI and Anthropic models, reached through OpenRouter)
• Meal planning and nutrition guidance
• Progress tracking and recovery monitoring
• AI coaching chat

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use OktaHub. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. Subscription Terms

• Price: Basic: €9.99 / month · Pro: €19.99 / month (inkl. MwSt.)
• Free tier: Limited access with no payment required
• Billing: Charged monthly in advance, on the same day each month
• VAT: Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Receipts: You will receive a receipt by email for each charge
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via Account Settings or by emailing support — effective at end of current billing period
• Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee from date of first charge
• Price changes: We will give 30 days notice of any price increase

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period starts from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, email support@oktahubapp.pro with subject "Withdrawal" and your name, email, and order ID — we will refund within 14 days via the original payment method. Note: if you have already used the AI coaching features, you expressly consent to immediate service performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost (§ 356(5) BGB).

7. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: OktaHub provides general fitness and nutritional information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional coaching. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise or nutrition programme. We are not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from use of the service. Use at your own risk.

8. AI-Generated Content

Training programs and meal plans are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as a starting point. Always apply personal judgment and consult a qualified coach or medical professional before following any AI-generated recommendation. OktaHub does not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free or appropriate for your individual circumstances.

9. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile information
• Keep account credentials confidential
• Personal use only — do not share accounts
• No scraping, automated access, or reverse engineering

10. Content Ownership

• We own: The app, platform, exercise and meal databases, branding
• You own: Your personal data, workout logs, and progress data

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account
• Deleting your account cancels any subscription and deletes your login and all your data immediately, except payment records, which Stripe keeps as required by § 147 AO
• If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid subscription period

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OktaHub's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. Place of jurisdiction is Nürnberg, Germany.

14. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
